On average, women spend $170 – $240 per year (whoa) on menstrual supplies of tampons and/or pads.
This year, I spent $71.40 and this will last me for 10 years. I made the switch to Saalt menstrual discs and I’m never looking back.
When my period came back after 17 months postpartum it came back with a vengeance and the Saalt disc has been life changing.
The regular disc capacity can hold up to 6 tampons worth and I only have to clean it every 12 hours (I can auto-dump, I can chat more about this too!)
TMI but I used to not make it thru a volleyball match without having to run to the bathroom to change a tampon, but now, I hardly have to think about being on my period.
I can sleep as long as I want.
I don’t have to stash my purse full of tampons, and no more pesky pads.
You can even have mess-free period sex.
Now there is a bit of a learning curve (insertion, removal and auto-dump) but the resources Saalt has on their website (their chatbot helped me big time last week!) and their YouTube videos have helped me learn, troubleshoot and get back to living my best life, toxin free.
I’ll share more about it in a video tomorrow but just wanted to get this out there so you can make the switch too and get 15% off with the discount code: HACKINGHUDSON. I mean who doesn’t love saving more money right? Promo codes ftw.
