The ring provides incredible health insight in a variety of ways but the things I love most are cycle tracking, sleep tracking, HR tracking, temperature tracking and caffeine intake.
For cycle tracking it has been the most reliable way for my to detect my ovulation and period start, to the day! Truly incredible for someone like me that is more irregular when it comes to my cycles. It uses your body temperature to track and it’s really wild to see the insights work in real time.
Sleep tracking has been really helpful. In addition to a smart alarm feature that will wake you up based on the factor you choose, it provides recommendations for improving your sleep, recommendations for what time you should go to sleep, etc. I’ve found it to be spot on and always humbling when it gives me a notification the next day asking if I had a heavy meal before bed (oops!).
Caffeine consumption is another helpful feature that tells me at what time and what type of caffeine to consume. While nothing is worse than reaching for some caffeine and seeing a notification to wait, or that your window has closed, I have personally noticed a difference in following it’s windows and guidance.
