Traveling with Baby

If you’re traveling with your baby this is both easier and harder than traveling without. Easier in that you will likely have less to bring back home, but harder in that you need to make sure you have enough for the trip and for flights. If you are traveling without your baby, check out this post: Traveling w/o Baby.

To make sure I have enough for travel days, I use an insulin pouch to bring along an extra breastmilk bag or two to keep them cold. This small pouch perfectly fits medela and lansinoh breastmilk bags and has two ice packs included that you can freeze in addition to its insulated core.

In grabbing the link to the one I purchased back in 2020, I found this cool double capacity expandable one.

While I personally haven’t used it due to the capacity constraints as an oversupplier I’ve read amazing things about the Ceres chill.

Similarly I’ve used my 64oz insulated mug to store my breastmilk bags on ice. Fully leakproof and kept it nice and cold!

Traveling without Baby

If you’re traveling without your baby, I love this 24 can capacity leather cooler tote. It’s not only stylish, but is easy to carry and keeps my milk frozen on my 12+hr travel days cross country.

If you don’t want to carry on your milk (by the way, do what you can to have it all frozen to make TSA easier), I also have this hardsided cooler that works amazing as checked luggage. I pack food or my pump parts in it on the way there, and stuff it full of milk for the way home.
